Product Designer (contract)

We're looking for a product designer to help shape calm, accountable interfaces for busy care teams, the people who need to capture a comment in about thirty seconds between tasks. This is a contract role working closely with the founders and our first engineers.

You'll own flows end to end, from feedback capture to the dashboards managers use to close the loop.

• Design end-to-end flows across web and mobile.
• Turn messy, real-world care workflows into simple, humane interfaces.
• Prototype, test with real users, and iterate.
• Help keep our design language consistent as the product grows.

• A strong portfolio of shipped product work.
• Interaction and visual design skill, with genuine care for accessibility.
• Comfortable designing for non-technical, time-pressured users.
• Self-directed in an early-stage, remote team.
