Service and use
Viewee provides its hosted adult social care feedback-to-action service, including agreed feedback collection, dashboards, action tracking and onboarding/support. Customer appoints an owner, authorises users, supplies lawful content and reviews outputs before decisions. Viewee is not a clinical, legal, emergency or safeguarding service; Customer keeps separate urgent-escalation routes.
Data, security and confidentiality
Customer is controller and Viewee processor. The Data Processing Agreement dated [date/link] governs all processing and prevails on data-protection matters.1 Data may include resident, family and staff feedback and special-category information. Customer owns lawful bases, Article 9/DPA 2018 conditions, notices and minimisation. Viewee follows documented instructions, uses approved subprocessors, [confirmed UK/EEA hosting], appropriate security and agreed incident/rights processes. No advertising or general-purpose model training with Customer personal data unless separately agreed in writing and lawfully instructed. Each party protects the other's confidential information.
IP, exit and publicity
Each party retains pre-existing IP; Viewee owns the service and general know-how; Customer owns its submitted data/materials and grants Viewee a limited licence to host/process them solely to provide the pilot. Either party may end on [7] days' written notice, or immediately for unremedied material breach after [10] days, insolvency or serious legal/security risk. Fees are [non-refundable/pro-rated]. Customer may export data for [30] days; Viewee then deletes or anonymises it under the DPA, subject to legal and backup retention.
